This craft make was one of a series I filmed for Housetohome a while back and I recently rediscovered it so I thought I’d share it with you. It really is the simplest make but very fun and it has endless variations! I used Christmas cake toppers for this one, but you could use any little ornaments or toys you have to hand. Just take a clear glass bauble with an opening in it (a hanging tea-light holder works really well), pop in a small christmas tree, reindeer or Christmas ornament, sprinkle in some snow and pop it on the tree! It’s a great craft make for keeping children occupied in the run up to the big day. And the best bit? After Christmas just empty out the contents and reuse the tea-light holder for summer garden parties.
You will need:
A clear glass bauble with an opening (tea light holders are good for this)
A small square of polystyrene
Christmas cake toppers or small toys
